About Me
I am a licensed therapist in Fayetteville, Arkansas, with experience working with individuals, couples, and groups. My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and includes a variety of interventions and modalities such as attachment theory, experiential modalities, art, sand tray, somatic/body-centered modalities, play, and meditation. I have additional training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy and Psychodrama. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe space for you to feel seen, safe, and secure to share your authentic self. My desire is to meet you right where you are in your story while helping you feel free to be fully you. Together, we can work towards healing and finding freedom.
The bud
stands for all things,
even for those things that don’t flower,
for everything flowers, from within, of self-blessing;
though sometimes it is necessary
to reteach a thing its loveliness,
to put a hand on its brow
of the flower
and retell it in words and in touch
it is lovely
until it flowers again from within, of self-blessing
